Rencon Developement Company was founded by Violet and James Thornton. Both are graduates of Arizona State University. Violet studied Design Management and works as a construction consultant on multi-family apartment and commercial projects. Violet will be a licensed realtor shortly. James studied Construction Engineering and has managed oil and gas, solar, and semi-conductor projects throughout the United States and Canada. James will be a licensed general contractor within a few months. Together we buy, renovate, lease, and sell homes. We are currently looking to buy land so that we can build new homes and communities.
